Buckets are heavily loaded with favas.

Method
做法
Fava husk off, wash and place in the plate.
蠶豆去殼, 洗淨置盤中.
Mix the fresh favas with a pinch of salt well.
撒一小撮鹽在蠶豆上, 拌勻.
Cover with the clear wrap.
保鮮膜蓋好.
Microwave 1-1.5 min.
微波一到一分半鐘.
