July 28 Mon. Morning fog/Sun 七月廿八日 星期一 晨霧後晴 老祖母紹興人,正確說法應該是浙江省上虞縣人,也就是紹興的鄉下人. 春夏之初, 江南鄉下遍地野菜. 薺菜, 莧菜, 馬蘭的嫩芽頭, 鄉下人隨手摘上一兩把, 帶回家做菜吃, 最鮮甜. 是餐桌上筷箸交聚的春蔬. 老莧菜桿可以做臭滷, 浸泡豆腐, 成臭豆腐. 鄉下人家家會做臭滷, 沒啥希奇的. 城裡人聽到聞到臭滷, 總是嫌臭; 等吃過臭豆腐, 立刻愛上那既香且臭的好味道. 老祖母年年做臭滷. 她做的臭滷臭得很. 老祖母做了一輩子的臭豆腐. 她用臭滷浸的臭豆腐, 可是祖傳秘方的臭豆腐. 香噴噴, 脆酥酥, 滑潤潤, 齒頰留芳的滋味, 永難忘懷.
