Pumpkin blossoms, base off, cut in quarters
南瓜花數朵,去底,一切四
Fish balls魚丸
Some greens綠葉菜
Salt鹽

Method
做法

Add the fish balls into boiling water.
魚丸放入滾水中.
Till all the fish balls are floating, add the pumpkin blossom quarters.
待魚丸漂浮水面,下南瓜花瓣.
After 15 seconds, add the greens.
十五秒後下綠菜葉.
Add salt as desired.
加鹽.
Serve hot.
趁熱食用.
