After those rainy and chilly days,
雨天冷天後,
It’s a gorgeous sunny day.
今天是個大晴天.

Chris and Yueh-hua have a 5-year quince tree about 2 feet tall with dripping system.
Chris和月華家有一棵用滴灌的五年生榅桲約二呎高.
Nung-fu said, water it at least 24 hours at a time.
農夫說,一次至少給水24小時.

Ling said, perfect for retreat.
凌方說,隱居的好地方.

The farm will reopen next year in spring,
明春農場再開放,
The flowers are budding and the leaves are shooting.
花兒含苞, 葉新綠.

    Thanks again for your gracious hospitality.
    We really enjoyed visiting your lovely farm.

    Meeting Celebrity and hearing that voice was delightful,
    Thanks for saving the roses and grapes for us;

    The “simple farmers lunch” was delicious,
    The farm tour was educational, especially learning the

    purpose of the windmill, how the goat pasture is seeded,
    the veggie fields are plowed, the pineapple guava’s are picked,

    Seeing Mr Rooster protecting the hens, smelling the almonds in
    the loquat blossoms, starting the 60 year old Ford tractor.

    It is amazing that one couple can do all this, the fences,
    the fruit trees, the gazebo, the irrigation, the animals. Amazing.

    Thanks again for a great day!!
