3 garlic cloves, crushed
三瓣大蒜,壓碎
1 table spoon rice wine
1湯匙米酒
2 table spoons soy sauce
2湯匙醬油
1 brown mushroom, sliced
1個棕色菇,切片
Green onion, chopped
綠蔥花
1 pinch of curry powder, or without

Method
做法
Cut the 2 in. turkey breast in the middle, to 3/4 of it
將2英吋火雞胸肉從中對半切開,到四分之三處
Wide open it like a butterfly
打開成蝶形
Marinate with crushed garlic, rice wine,soy sauce and curry powder, 20 min.
大蒜,米酒,醬油,咖哩粉,醃20分鐘
Dip in the egg white
浸泡蛋白
Wrap it with the crumbs
裹麵包屑
Pour oil in a frying pan
倒油入炸鍋
High heat, fry the butterfly each side 2 min. to golden brown
高溫煎蝴蝶一面二分鐘至金黃
