Farmer’s simple food—-Range chicken/with winter bamboo
農家食譜—-冬筍燒土雞
1 range chicken, cut in chunks
土雞一隻,切塊
1-2 winter bamboos, peeled and cut in triangles
1-2個冬筍, 去殼並切三角塊
Rice wine
米酒
Soy sauce
醬油
Salt
鹽
2 cups of water
二杯水
Method
方法
Put the range chicken and water in pot
放土雞和水在鍋中
Cook it to the boil
煮滾
Add rice wine, soy sauce, salt
加米酒,醬油,鹽
After it boils again, simmer for about 30 minutes
再滾後,小火煮30分鐘
Add the winter bamboo triangles and simmer for 10 more minutes
加冬筍塊,小火再煮10分鐘
