Farmer’s simple food—-Fresh and live lobster
農家食譜—-鮮活龍蝦

1 lobster, gills and intestines off
龍蝦一隻, 去鰓腸
4-5 garlic cloves, chopped
4-5粒大蒜,剁碎
Butter or oil
牛油或油
herbs(rosemary, tarragon,etc.), chopped
香料(迷迭香,艾等), 剁碎
Salt, to taste
鹽,酌量

Method
方法
For the lobster:
龍蝦:
Pour water enough to cover the lobster in the pot.
鍋內盛水可蓋過龍蝦
Put the lobster into boiling water
置龍蝦入滾水中
Water in boiling for about 5 minutes
讓水滾約五分鐘
Remove the lobster to the plate
取龍蝦裝盤

For the dipping:
蘸料:
Cook the herbs with 1 tea spoon of butter or oil
一小匙牛油或油炒香料
Add the rest of oil till smell the aroma of the herbs
炒香後加入剩下的油
Add salt
加鹽
Stir well and serve
攪勻後上桌
