做法
Crab, cleaned and cut in pieces
蟹,清洗並斬塊
Sprinkle salt all over, 1 day
抹鹽, 醃一日
Fully cover in shaohsing wine, marinade 7 days
完全浸入紹興酒, 醃七日
Salt to taste
鹹淡隨意
Serve in raw
