A friend of mine asked, “Do you buy any groceries in recession?”
“Of course we do. But not as many as before. We take whatever on the farm.”
“What do you have now?”
“Wild mustard.”
朋友問我,”拼經濟,你還買菜嗎?”
“當然買. 買得比前少. 農場有什麼就吃什麼.”
“農場現在有什麼?”
“野芥菜.”

Farmer’s simple food—-Wild mustard /w Chicken breast
Wild mustard, cleaned and tore in small pieces
Chicken breast, julienne or sliced, wine & soy sauce marinate
Method
High heat oil in the pan, stir fry chicken breast
Add wild mustard when chicken breast half cooked

野芥菜, 清洗並撕成小片
雞胸肉, 切絲或切片, 酒,醬油醃
做法
熱炒雞胸肉
待雞胸肉半熟, 加野芥菜同炒
