Farmer’s simple food—-Snake soup
農家食譜—-蛇羹
Snake, skinned and chopped
Wine
Soy sauce
Cilantro
Vinegar
Pepper powder
蛇, 去皮並切段
酒
醬油
芫荽
醋
胡椒粉
Method
Cook the snake pieces with water till boil
Add wine then simmer for about 2-4 hours
Remove the snake pieces to a plate
Debone for the meat
Bring the meat back to the soup and cook to boil
Add soy sauce, cilantro, vinegar and pepper powder to taste

蛇段與水煮滾
加酒,小火煮2-4小時
取蛇段置盤
去骨取肉
將肉放回湯中,煮滾
醬油,芫荽,醋與胡椒粉酌量
