A handful of fresh day lily flowers, cleaned
Garlic, 2 cloves
Vinegar, 1/2 T spoon
Sugar, to taste
Salt, 1/2 t spoon
Method
Pour the oil into a stir-fry pan over high heat.
Add salt, garlic and stir around till the garlic sizzling.
Add fresh day lily flowers, stir for 30 sec.
Add vinegar, sugar, and salt, stir for about 1 min.

做法
倒油入熱鍋
加鹽,大蒜爆炒
加新鮮金針花炒30秒
加醋, 糖, 鹽炒約一分鐘
