The wild goosefoot grows as tall as the corn stalk.
Tough enough to make the smelly tofu marinade.
野莧長得玉米桿一般高,
老韌勘作臭豆腐滷.

1 or 2 wild goosefoot, cleaned and chopped into 1 inch segments
A pinch of salt
Method
Mix the salt and the goosefoot segments in a container over night
Get rid of the goosefoot juice and seal the container
Leave it alone in the shade
It takes about half to 1 year to become the smelly tofu marinade
**Young goosefoot from the Chinese super market works fine as well.
Try with 5 to 10 lb.
