Good for marinating tofu.
滿是野菜香的濃綠滷汁.
可浸泡豆腐.

Firm or extra firm tofu
老或特老豆腐

Marinate in the juice-depends on the temperature
+/- 2 hours, warm
+/- 3 hours, cold
浸泡菜滷-視氣溫而定
熱天  約二小時
寒天  約三小時

作法

Deep fry over high heat, push to turn over gently
大火油炸, 輕推翻面

Add ground garlic, soy sauce.  w/wo hot pepper
加大蒜, 醬油. 辣椒隨意
