  1. Chris says:

Sorry to hear about the gopher eating all your hard work. We can fully sympathize with that, as the squirrels and birds seem to love our tomatoes, apples and nectarines more than we do because they are always first to the dining table.

They seem to just laugh at our netting and bright streamers and all other effort to keep them away.

  2. Same to you.

I have a good news for you. You’ve got two free tickets to visit dw farm by helping us name the kid “Billy”.

Please let us know you are coming in September or any other time when the farm is open this year.

  3. Chris says:

Thanks very much. We look forward to meeting “Billy”.

Sometimes I wish we can be more “helper” than “guest” on your open house days…..We can discuss.

Will there be another open house later in year? We might not be able to make it in September. Thanks.

  4. Thanks for your thoughtful idea.

I’m not quite sure. How about any time in one year, will that be easier for you to make up your mind?

  5. Chris says:

Thanks for the extension. We won’t be able to make the next open house but are eager to make it later this year or next year.

We still like to come early to help prepare and stay late to help clean. “helper” more than “guest”, since we have been several times now.
