Nung-fu took a watermelon from the field.
I cut it open.
Nung-fu:” Watery.”
“Yeh!”
“What are we eating for?”
“For the fiber.”
“What if you give me bamboo for the most of it someday?”
“Maybe.”
農夫從田裡帶回一個西瓜.
我切開瓜.
農夫:”淡然無味.”
“是啊!”
“吃它做什麼?”
“吃它的纖維素.”
“難不成將來你會給我吃竹子有最多的纖維素?”
“或許罷!”
Farmer’s simple food—-Watermelon skin w/ Shrimp
Watermelon skin, cut green off, sliced into Julienne strips
Shrimps, shelled
Lettuce, sliced and leave on a plate
1 Ts oil
1 ts cornstarch
A pinch of salt
Method
Marinate the shrimps with salt and cornstarch for 20 min.
Pour oil into stir-fry pan over high heat.
Stir fry the shrimps turn pinkish.
Mix the watermelon skin strips, stir fry for 1 min.
Remove to the plate with lettuce on

西瓜皮, 去青皮, 切細條
蝦, 去殼
生菜, 切絲裝盤
油, 一大匙
玉米粉, 一小匙
鹽, 一小撮
做法
鹽,玉米粉醃蝦仁廿分鐘
高溫熱油
炒蝦仁略帶粉紅
混炒西瓜皮一分鐘
移置生菜盤
