The tidbits of the farm-Mama goat and the kid
Mama goat gave birth to a kid who slept a lot as an infant.
In the sun, the kid slept soundly on the grass. It woke up of starving, cried out, “Ma—!” “Hungry—!”….
Mama goat heard it at graze, responded promptly, “I’m coming—!” “Coming—!”…., dash all the way to the kid.
Once in a while, the kid drowsed away the day, Mama goat shook it up with her nose to nurse it.
The kid grew up running, jumping and playing with other kids soon. It called mama hungry again. Mama was easy grazing and walking around. No more dashing.
The kid trot to the front of mama, blockaded in her way from going forward. She stopped to nurse the kid.
It sometimes went to the grass at mama’s heels, played with others and got the grasses in its mouth by chance.
Though the kid was getting better at grazing, it bleated for mama’s milk as usual. Mama lifted her hind leg up, kicked against it ruthlessly.
Again and again, the kid attempted getting closer to mama. Mama held firm, one kick after one, kicking it off.
The kid turned around to the open grass.
農場小故事-羊媽媽與小羊
羊媽媽生了一隻小羊. 小羊像小嬰兒, 很愛睡覺.
陽光下, 小羊躺臥草地, 呼呼大睡. 牠肚子餓醒過來, 拉開嗓門, 咩咩大叫, “媽—!” “餓—!”….
正在低頭吃草的羊媽媽聽見小羊呼叫, 趕緊連聲咩咩叫著回答, “媽來啦—!” “來啦—!”….., 一路拼命衝回去餵奶.
有時, 小羊昏睡不醒, 羊媽媽用嘴推醒小羊吃奶.
小羊很快長大, 會跑會跳, 還會與其他小羊追逐嬉戲. 牠的肚子餓了, 又叫媽媽. 媽媽不再衝到小羊身邊. 媽媽悠閒的自己吃草與活動.
小羊快步走到媽媽面前, 擋住媽媽去路.
羊媽媽被攔阻, 不得前進, 停了下來. 小羊才吃到奶.
小羊隨媽媽在草地上和別的小羊玩遊戲. 偶而吃到幾根草.
已經很會吃草, 小羊仍舊習慣找媽媽要奶. 媽媽的後腿抬起來, 毫不留情, 惡狠狠朝牠一腳踢. 小羊被踢開去.
接二連三, 小羊試著靠近媽媽. 媽媽堅決的一腳又一腳踢走牠.
小羊扭轉身, 奔向寬闊的青草地.
