I picked the plums to make wine in early July.

After three months, guess what happened?
猜看看, 過了三個月?
I failed.
酒沒做成.
It turned out to be the plum vinegar.
倒做成了烏梅醋.
The perfume of the fruity taste even better than any wine I’ve ever made.
果香味比我曾做過的什麼酒都香濃.

Farmer’s simple food—-Noodle with sesame paste and plum vinegar
Sesame Paste
Sesame oil, 3 Ts
Creamy peanut butter, 2 Ts
Water, 1/4 cup
Salt, 1/4 ts
Cooked and drained noodle, 1 bowl, or as desired
Plum vinegar, 1-2 Ts
Method
Mix the sesame paste well in a bowl
Pour the sesame paste on top of the drained noodles
Add plum vinegar and mix

水, 1/4杯
鹽, 1/4茶匙
煮熟濾水乾麵, 一碗或隨意
烏梅醋, 1-2湯匙

加烏梅醋, 調勻
