Taste of Home Town—-Pickled Napa cabbage soup w/pork

A handful of pickled Napa cabbage, chopped
Pork, sliced or in chunk
Rice wine, 1 ts
Tapioca flour or corn starch, 1/2 ts
Oil, 1 ts
Water, 6-8 cups or as desired

Method

1.Marinate the pork with rice wine and tapioca flour or corn starch for 5 min.
2.Pour the oil into a pan, deep enough to hold the water later, over high heat
3.Add pork and stir fry till turn pink
4.Add pickled Napa cabbage, mix well with pork
5.Add water, bring to boil, then simmer for about 20-30 min.

家鄉味—-豬肉酸白菜湯

鹽酸菜一把, 粗斬
豬肉, 切片或切小塊
米酒, 一茶匙
太白粉或玉米粉, 1/2茶匙
油, 一茶匙
水, 六(量)杯或隨意

做法

1.米酒與太白粉或玉米粉醃豬肉五分鐘
2.倒油入深可容水鍋內, 熱至高溫
3.下豬肉,翻炒呈粉色
4.下鹽酸菜與豬肉混炒
5,加水煮滾後小火燜廿至卅分鐘
