Farmer’s simple food—-Crab with vermicelli
1 crab, cleaned
Vermicelli(Bean thread), 2 rolls, soaked in water
Some greens, shredded
Ginger, 1 slice
Rice wine, 1 Ts
Water, 1 cup
Salt, to taste
Method
Chop the crab into chunks
(Shell 1, leg 8, body 4-6 pcs)
Cook the crab chunks with ginger and rice wine in pot for 8 min
Or till crab meat turn pinkish, remove to the plate
Add vermicelli, cook with the crab juice left in pot
Add water, greens and salt, cook for 2 min

螃蟹一隻,清洗
粉絲,2卷,泡水
綠菜葉,切碎
薑,1片
米酒,1湯匙
水,1杯
鹽,隨意
做法
螃蟹剁嶄成塊(殼1,腳8,身體4-6塊)
鍋內煮螃蟹塊,薑,米酒8分鐘
或煮至蟹肉帶粉紅, 裝盤
加粉絲入鍋與蟹滷同煮
加水,綠菜,鹽煮2分鐘

The titbids of the farm-The great blue heron
A Great Blue Heron came to the pond everyday.
He waded along the shore and took the minnows swimming by.
While he lifted his long legs forward, the ripples alerted the fish far off.
Fish swam back and forth, he could only have few of them . Not enough for a good bite.
He went to a tussock where the fish constantly hung out. He kept his feet and reached out his arms, widely open his wings in order to block some of the sunshine. From his both sides, two shades emerged which attracted the fish dashing for the coolness at once.
Head foremost leisurely, the great blue heron took his time to enjoy the fish swimming in the shades one by one.
農場小故事-蒼鷺
一隻蒼鷺每天飛來池塘.
牠沿淺灘走, 啄食游過腳邊的小魚.
當牠提起長腿向前走, 水面震盪, 水中小魚警覺的游開.
水裡有許多小魚游來游去, 蒼鷺吃到的卻沒幾隻. 還不夠塞牙縫呢!
牠走到一處小魚常去的水草邊, 站穩腳步, 伸展雙臂, 大大的翅膀盡量張開, 遮住不少陽光. 水中出現兩處陰影, 就在牠左右. 立刻吸引小魚
游過來乘涼.
牠不慌不忙的低下頭, 一口一隻, 慢慢享用游到陰影的小魚.
