Farmer’s simple food—-Duck soup rice noodle
Leftover of roast duck, dissected
Rice noodle, soaked in water
Some greens, chopped
Water for duck soup, 6 cups
Salt
Method
Cook the leftover of roast duck with 6 cups of water in pot for 10-20 min.
In the other pot, add rice noodles and water cover it, cook for 3 min. or till it soft
Get rid of the water from rice noodles
Add duck soup and greens to rice noodles, add water over it if needed, after boiled, simmer for 1 min.
Add salt

六杯水煮鴨架子10-20分鐘
另鍋,水蓋過米粉煮3分鐘或米粉軟
米粉除水
加鴨湯與綠菜葉入米粉, 需則加水蓋過米粉, 煮滾後, 小火1分鐘
加鹽
