Taste of Home Town-Air dry drumstick
Drumstick, 8-10 pcs
Salt, 1 Ts
Dried pepper corn, 2 ts
Lettuce or cabbage leaves, thin chopped, removed to a clean plate
Method
Drumsticks, salt and dried pepper corns mix well in a bowl
Turn it over twice a day for two days
Clean the dried pepper corn from 2 drumsticks
Microwave 2 drumsticks 4 min high
Cool down, debone and shred, remove to the top of the veggie
**Air dry the rest of drumsticks about 2-3 weeks for later use

家鄉味-風雞
鷄腿, 8-10隻
鹽, 1湯匙
花椒, 2茶匙
生菜或捲心菜, 細切, 置乾淨盤
做法
雞腿,鹽,花椒在碗中拌勻
早晚各翻雞腿一次, 需兩天
取2隻雞腿, 除去花椒粒
微波高溫4分鐘
待涼,去骨,拉成細絲,移菜絲上
***其餘雞腿掛通風處2-3週風乾, 供日後使用
