The narcissus 水仙

Under the apple tree, the narcissus are in full bloom.
I smell it fragrant and feel good.
蘋果樹下 水仙盛開.
聞到花香 通體舒暢.

Farmer’s simple food—-Pickled daikon
Daikon, cut into 1-inch-long strips
Red and yellow sweet peppers, seeded, cored and cut in julienne strips
Hot pepper with or/ without, chopped
A pinch of salt
Method
All mix together
Put in container, seal well
Leave in warm , 4-5 days turn sour, then keep in cool
Serve with sesame oil

白蘿蔔, 洗淨. 切一吋長條
紅黃甜椒, 去子,去蒂,切細絲
辣椒, 可有可無, 剁碎
一撮鹽
做法
全部混合
裝瓶,密封
置溫熱處, 4-5天變酸, 再存放陰涼處
拌麻油食用
