Farmer’s simple food—-Pickled wild mustard leaves

Wither a handful of the wild mustard leaves, roughly chopped
Mix well with a pinch of salt in container
Leave it in cool for few days

*Mustard greens from the supermarket will do.

農家食譜—-醃製雪菜

一手把菜葉枯萎後, 粗切
容器內與一撮鹽揉混
置陰涼處數日即成

*可用一般超市售芥菜葉.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Farmer’s simple food—-Pickled wild mustard w/yellow croaker soup, noodle

Pickled wild mustard, a pinch, finely chopped
Small yellow croaker, 6 pcs, cleaned
Ginger, 1 slice, minced
Rice wine, 1 ts
Oil, 1 Ts
Tapioca powder, 1 ts and 1/2 cup water, mix well /or without
Hot pepper pieces/or without

Method
Microwave pickled wild mustard with 1 cup water in bowl, 1-2 min, till green soft
Rub rice wine in yellow croakers, microwave 1-2 min, wait till cool to bone
Pour 1 Ts oil in pot over high heat, add ginger and stir fry
Add pickled wild mustard and 2 cup water in pot, bring to a boil, cook 2 min
Add boned yellow croaker meat, boil 1 min
Add tapioca powder mixture, mix well in soup/ or without
Or add soup to the cooked noodle, and hot pepper pieces or/without

農家食譜—-雪菜黃魚羹.麵

雪菜,一撮, 剁細碎
小黃魚, 6尾, 洗淨
薑, 1片, 切碎末
米酒, 1茶匙
油, 1湯匙
菱粉1茶匙加水1/2杯,攪勻/或無菱粉
辣椒數片/或無
做法
碗內置雪菜與水1杯, 微波1-2分鐘至菜軟
黃魚抹米酒, 微波1-2分鐘, 待涼去骨
熱鍋入1湯匙油, 入薑末爆香
雪菜加2杯水入鍋, 煮滾, 2分鐘
入黃魚肉, 滾1分鐘
入苓粉汁, 攪勻做羹/或無
可加在熟麵上成雪菜黃魚麵, 加辣椒片/或無
