Farmer’s simple food—–Wild savory spinach egg soup

Wild savory spinach, a handful, cleaned
Meat, 2-3 Ts, thin sliced
Egg, 1 pc, beaten
Salt, 1/4 ts
Rice wine, 1/4 ts
Soy sauce, 1 Ts
Tapioca flour or corn starch, 1 ts(/or without)

Method
Marinate meat with soy sauce, rice wine, tapioca flour(w/or without) for 20 min.
Add spinach in boiling water, keep boiling till spinach tender
Add meat, egg and salt, stir well

農家食譜—-野菠菜蛋花湯

野菠菜, 1把, 洗淨
肉, 1/4磅, 切薄片
蛋, 1個, 打散
鹽, 1/4茶匙
米酒, 1/4茶匙
醬油, 1湯匙
太白粉或玉米粉, 1茶匙(或不用)

做法
醬油, 米酒, 太白粉(或不用)醃肉片20分鐘
菠菜入滾水, 滾至菠菜軟
肉, 蛋, 鹽入, 攪勻
