Out bound-Dashing forward
外出-勇往前行

Take a break – drink the creek water
休息片刻-啜飲清溪水

In bound-Sluggish crawling
回頭-烏龜爬

Find a wild licorice plant by the creek
溪邊一株茴香草

Farmer’s simple food—-Licorice dumpling

Licorice shoot, a handful, washed and finely chopped
Ground pork, 1/2 lb
Dumpling wrap, 1 package
Soy sauce, 4 Ts
Salt, 1/4 ts
Rice wine, 1 Ts
Water, 1/4 cup

Method
Licorice shoot, ground pork, soy sauce, rice wine, salt, water mix well
Wrap the mixture into dumpling
Add dumplings to the boiling water, stir to prevent from sticking to the pot
Add water when it boils, three boils will do

農家食譜—-香荽餃

茴香嫩葉, 一手把, 清洗並切碎
絞肉, 1/2磅
水餃皮, 1包
醬油, 4湯匙
鹽, 1/4茶匙
米酒, 1湯匙
水, 1/4杯

做法
茴香嫩葉, 絞肉, 醬油, 鹽, 米酒, 和水攪拌勻
包水餃
水餃入滾水, 攪動以避免黏鍋
水沸滾再加水, 三滾可
