It is time to make the salty duck eggs. 要做鹹鴨蛋了.
Farmer’s simple food—-Salty egg
Lay eggs in an empty container
Add and mix salt in drinking water till saturate
Gently pour salty water onto the eggs
Cover and keep in cool, after 4 weeks to be salty
