Farmer’s simple food—-Calendula flower w/wild mustard(or any green)

Orange and golden calendula flowers, washed, leave the petals for later use
Wild mustard (or any green)leaves, washed and roughly chopped
Ginger, 1 slice, shredded
Oil, 1-2 Ts
Salt, 1 ts

Method
Pour oil in a stir-fry pan and bring it to high heat
Add salt and ginger, stir fry to scent
Add wild mustard, stir fry 3-5 min.(add little water if dry) or till gets soft and color changed.
Heat off.  When the green leaves cool down, add calendula flower petals and mix well.

**The flower petals shrink while it  is  hot.
**Bring tiny little bit of wild green leaves or wild flower petals to the tip of the tongue for testing,  if you feel numb, it is poisonous.

農家食譜—-金盞花野芥菜

橘黃與金黃金盞花, 清洗, 花瓣留下備用
野芥菜(或任何蔬菜)葉, 清洗並粗切
薑, 1片, 切粗絲
油, 1-2湯匙
鹽, 1茶匙

做法
倒油入炒鍋, 熱至高溫
入鹽與薑絲, 爆炒至香
入野芥菜, 炒3-5分鐘(太乾可加一點水), 或炒至軟變顏色
熄火.  待菜葉溫熱, 入金盞花瓣略炒勻.

**綠菜葉太熱, 花瓣會皺縮.
**用咪咪小一點點野菜葉或野花瓣放舌尖測試,  如您有麻的感覺, 此物有毒.
