    請問桂花需要陰乾嗎?或是別的處理?摘下就可拌糖或蜜?

    猜想也許有人又清洗又陰乾. 直接從樹上摘下的桂花, 我當它們是乾淨的, 不洗也省了陰乾, 就怕香氣走散. 一摘下來, 稍加清理, 馬上拌糖或蜜, 裝進小瓶, 轉緊蓋子. 過個幾天, 使用清潔湯匙攪拌一下. 待蜜汁出來(蜜汁不出是糖或蜜不夠), 過半年左右, 自成桂花釀, 桂香沁脾.
