Guest’s delicacy—-Home made yogurt
Milk, 1 or 1/2 gallon
Yogourmet, sold in heath food store
Method(Follow the directions on the box)
Heat milk to 180F
Cool to 73-77F. Mix 1 ts Yogourmet to 3 Ts milk in a bowl
Pour the mixture back to the milk and mix well gently
Leave at room temperature overnight
(Or preheat oven to 170F, turn off, and leave the mixture in oven at night. Twice will do.)
Refrigerate to stop the process.
**Add leftover into fresh milk at room temperature overnight to reproduce.

貴賓佳饌—-優酪乳
牛乳, 1或半加侖
優酪乳酵母, 健康食品店售賣
做法(依照盒上說明)
牛乳加熱至華氏180度
待稍涼, 取3大匙牛乳與1小匙優酪乳酵母粉攪混勻
倒回溫熱牛乳, 輕輕混勻.
置陽光下室溫. 隔夜即成.
(或夜間置烤箱. 預熱至華氏170度, 熄火. 待涼再熱一次. 即可.)
冷凍以防繼續作用
**剩餘一些, 加進新鮮牛乳, 置室溫, 隔夜又成優酪乳. 生生不息.
