Salty eggs have been in the jars for five to six weeks, now they are salted.
I cracked open one to check the result.

Farmer’s simple food—-One star egg, Salty egg w/Ground pork
1 salty egg
Ground pork, marinate with 1ts rice wine,1ts soy sauce,1ts tapioca flour or corn starch
A pinch of cilantro
Method
Put ground pork in a deep plate, and leave a hole in the middle
Crack the salty egg, egg yolk in the hole and egg white spread over
Microwave 3-5 min. or steam 10 min till the meat well done
Add cilantro

鹹蛋, 1枚
絞肉, 1茶匙米酒,1茶匙醬油,1茶匙太白粉或玉米粉醃漬
芫荽, 1小撮
做法
絞肉置深盤, 中間留一孔
鹹蛋破殼, 蛋黃置孔內, 蛋白平鋪
微波3-5分鐘, 或蒸10分鐘至肉熟
加芫荽
