The cherries are ripening.
Last year, when the cherries turned red, Nung-fu was very busy. By the time we were ready to set the net, the birds had lavishly tucked in all the cherries, and left the pits hanging in the tree.
This year, it won’t happen again. As soon as I saw some cherries were red, I helped Nung-fu to net the cherry tree right away.
Sorry, cherry is not for sharing.
櫻桃要熟了.
去年此時, 櫻桃成熟, 農夫正忙. 待我們準備設網, 鳥雀早已大食櫻桃, 留下一樹櫻桃子.
今年絕不重蹈覆轍. 我見有些櫻桃熟了, 立即幫農夫在樹上張網.
