Farmer’s simple food—-Day Lily Tofu
Day lily flowers, washed and chopped
Firm Tofu, cut in small pieces
Ground pork, 1/5 lb, marinated with rice wine, soy sauce, tapioca flour
Water or broth, 1/2 cup
Oil, 1 Ts
Method
Pour oil in a stir-fry pan, over high heat
Add ground pork, stir fry for 1 min
Add Tofu, gently stir fry for 30 sec
Add water or broth, bring to a boiling
Add day lily flowers, mix well till biol again

金針花, 洗淨並切碎
老豆腐, 切小塊
絞肉, 1/5磅, 米酒醬油太白粉醃漬
水或高湯, 1/2杯
油, 1湯匙
做法
倒油入炒菜鍋, 高溫
入絞肉, 炒1分鐘
入豆腐, 略炒30秒
入水或高湯, 煮滾
入金針花, 拌勻煮再滾
