Farmer’s simple food—-Day lily flower pan cake
Fresh day lily flowers, chopped
Egg, 2 pcs, beaten
Flour, 1/2 cup
Oil, 2 Ts
Method
Mix flour, egg and fresh day lily flower well
Pour oil in pot, over high heat
Add the mixture, turn to medium high heat
After 1-2 min or till one side is golden brown, gently turn it over
Cook 1-2 min. or till the other side is golden brown

做法
麵粉,蛋,金針花拌勻
倒油入熱鍋
麵糊入鍋, 爐火調中熱
1-2分鐘後或待一面呈金黃, 輕輕翻面
1-2分鐘後或待另一面呈金黃
