All about Tofu—-Fresh day lily flower w/Dry Tofu

Fresh day lily flower, a handful, roughly chopped
Dry Tofu, 4 pcs, shredded
Meat, 1/4 lb, shredded
Oil, 2 Ts

Method
Pour oil in pan, over high heat
Add meat, stir fry till half cooked
Add dry tofu, gently stir fry for 1 min.
Add day lily flowers, till get tender or faded

豆腐食譜—-新鮮金針花豆乾

新鮮金針花, 1手把, 粗切
豆腐乾, 4塊, 切絲
肉, 1/4磅, 切絲
油, 2湯匙

做法
倒油入熱鍋
入肉絲, 炒至半生熟
入豆乾絲, 輕炒1分鐘
入金針花, 炒軟或萎
