Farmer’s simple food—-Fruit pancake
Apricot, 1-2 pcs, cut in quarters
Blackberry, 1 pinch
Mint leaf, 3-4 pcs
Plane yogurt, 2-3 Ts
Whole wheat flour or/flour, 1/2 cup
Egg, 1 pc
Milk or/water, 1-1&1/2 Ts
Oil, 1 Ts
Method
Whole wheat flour or/flour, egg, milk or/water, blend well in bowl
Pour oil in pan, over high heat
Add flour mixture, flatted till both sides golden brown, remove to a plate
Add Apricot, blackberry, yogurt and mint

做法
均勻攪拌全麥麵粉或/麵粉,蛋,牛乳或水
倒油入高溫油鍋
入麵糊, 攤平至兩面金黃, 移至盤中
加杏子,黑莓,優酪乳,薄荷葉
