Farmer’s simple food—-Peach pan cake
2 peaches, sliced
1 egg
All purpose flour, 2 Ts
Oil, 2 Ts
Mint leaves or any greens, 2-3 pcs.
Honey, as desired
Method
Mix peaches, egg and flour well
Pour oil in pan, over high heat
Add mixture and press it flat
Both sides turn golden brown, remove to the plate
Add greens, with/or without honey

做法

加綠葉, 加或不加蜂蜜
