Fish fillet, 1-2 pcs, cut in half, rub with salt and pepper, dip in flour Ripe peach, 1-2 pcs, cut in chunk
Some greens
Oil, 3-4 Ts
Method
Some green leaves on the plate.
Pour oil in pan, over high heat.
Fry fish fillet till both side turn golden brown. Remove to the plate. Add peach chunk in a small pot, bring to a boil for 2-3 min, or until it gets tender. Remove to the plate.

做法

倒油入熱鍋 煎魚片至兩面金黃. 裝盤
小鍋煮桃, 滾約2-3分鐘. 裝盤
