Farmer’s simple food—-Scrambled eggs w/peach
Egg, 1-2 pcs, Beaten
Peach, 1-2 pcs, sliced
Shrimp, 6-8 pcs, shelled, marinate with salt and tapioca flour or corn starch
Tomato, as desired, sliced
Some greens
Oil, 2 Ts
Salt, to taste
Method
Pour oil in the pot over high heat
Add Shrimp, stir fry for about 30 sec.
Add egg, stir fry for about 30 sec
Add tomato, stir fry for about 10 sec.
Add peach, gently stir fry for about 5 sec.
Add greens and salt, stir fry for about 10 sec.

蝦, 6-8隻, 去殼, 鹽與太白粉或玉米粉醃漬
番茄, 隨意, 切片
