Goat cheese
Goat milk, 4 cup
White vinegar, 1/8 cup
Salt, to taste
Method
Heat goat milk in pot to 200F(close to boiling point)
Add vinegar to make cheese curd
Drain in cheesecloth w/without salt
Salad
Goat cheese, break into chunks
Beet, cooked and diced
Green leaves, shredded
Garnish with calendula petals
