All purpose flour, 1 cup
Wheat flour, 2 cups
Cold water, 1 cup

白麵粉, 1杯
麩皮麵粉, 2杯
冷水, 1杯

Chau Mian
炒麵

Home made noodle, cooked and rinsed with cold water
自製麵, 煮熟並用冷水沖過
Pork, shredded, marinated in soy sauce, wine and tapioca flour
豬肉, 切絲, 醬油酒太白粉醃泡
Some greens
一些綠菜蔬
Salt, to taste
鹽, 隨意
Oil, 2 Ts
油, 2湯匙

Method
做法

Pour oil in the pot, bring to a boil
倒油入熱鍋
Add pork, stir fry till no more bleeding
入豬肉, 炒至不出血
Add noodle, stir fry for about 1 min
入麵條, 約炒1分鐘
Add greens and salt, fry till greens change color
入綠菜蔬與鹽, 炒至葉變色

Cooked and rinsed with cold water
煮熟並用冷水沖過
