Farmer’s simple food—-Pumpkin flower w/pork
Pumpkin flower, a handful, chopped
Pork, shredded, marinated in soy sauce, wine and tapioca flour
Day old zucchini, 1-2 pcs, sliced
Some greens, set on the plate
Oil, 1 Ts
Method
Pour oil in pan over high heat
Add pork, stir fry for about 1-2 min
Add zucchini, stir fry for 30 sec.
Add pumpkin flower, roughly stir fry for 30 sec
Set on the greens

豬肉, 切絲, 用醬油酒太白粉醃
一些綠菜葉, 置盤上
嫩義大利瓜(一日大), 1-2條, 切片
油, 1湯匙
做法
倒油入熱鍋
入肉絲, 炒約1-2分鐘
入義大利瓜, 略炒30秒
入南瓜花, 略炒30秒
移置菠菜葉上
