老豆腐

Cut into small pieces, 12-15 pcs(3x4or3x5)
切小塊, 12-15塊(3×4或3×5)

Marinate in smally juice, 2 hours(warm weather) or 3 hours(cold weather)
浸泡臭滷, 2小時(熱天)或3小時(冷天)

Deep fry over high heat
大火滾油炸

農夫: “羊愛吃玫瑰.”

一位訪客問: “牠們怕刺嗎?”
Nung-fu: “You come to the wrong person. I give them roses, but don’t eat the roses. You should ask them.”
農夫: ” 你問錯人啦! 我給羊玫瑰, 但不吃玫瑰. 要問羊才知道.”

“管它啊!”
