1.Sea food—-Crab meat salad

Crab, cleaned and chopped in pieces
Cook crab pieces(without top shell), and get crab meat(Leave crab water for later use)
Lettuce, chopped
Avocado, peeled cored and sliced
Egg/or without, cooked and sliced
Carrot, minced
Dressing/or without

一.海鮮食譜—-蟹粉沙拉

螃蟹, 洗淨並切塊
煮蟹塊(蟹背殼除外), 取出蟹肉(煮蟹水留待後用)
生菜, 切碎
雞蛋果, 去皮去仔並切片
蛋/或無, 煮熟並切片
紅蘿蔔, 切細絲
沙拉醬/或不用

2.Sea food—-Crab meat vermicelli(Bean threads)

Soak vermicelli in water for 5 min
Pour crab water and vermicelli into pot
Put crab top shell over vermicelli, and bring to a boil
Cook until vermicelli gets soft(4-5 Min), add water if need it
Place the vermicelli in the crab shell

二.海鮮食譜—-蟹粉冬粉(粉絲)

冬粉泡水5分鐘
蟹水冬粉入鍋
蟹背殼置冬粉上, 煮滾
煮至冬粉軟(4-5分鐘), 如需要則加水
冬粉置於蟹背殼
