It makes Thanksgiving dinner easy and juicy and tasty.

Farmer’s simple food—-Bake turkey(meat or poultry) in oven bag
Turkey, under 10 lb, cleaned and dried
Flour, 1 table spoon
Method(follow the instructions on the box)
Preheat oven to 350F
Add 1 Ts flour to bag and shake all over to avoid bag bursting. Place bag in roasting pan at least 2 inches deep.
Place turkey in bag. Remove ties from cooking chart insert. Close bag with nylon tie. Cut six 1/2 inch slits in top of bag for steam to escape. Tuck ends of bag in pan. Place pan in oven, allowing room for bag to expand during cooking without touching heating elements, walls or racks. Oven bag should not hang over pan.
To bake according to recipe of chart. To serve, carefully cut open top of oven bag. Always support bag with pan.

農家食譜—-烤袋裝火雞(肉或家禽)
小型火雞(10lb 以下), 清洗並擦乾
麵粉,1湯匙
做法 (按包裝盒指示)
烤爐預熱至華氏350度
麵粉入烤袋並搖散開以防止烤袋爆裂. 烤袋置烤盤, 至少2英吋深
火雞入烤袋. 燒烤時間表內取出尼龍繫繩綁住烤袋. 袋子頂端切開六個1/2吋裂口洩氣用. 烤袋頭尾塞入烤盤.
烤盤入烤箱, 放在烤袋可任意伸展而不觸碰燙的物質,爐壁,爐架之處. 烤袋不宜懸掛烤盤上.
按時間表烤. 食用時, 小心切開烤袋頂端. 烤盤始終架住烤袋.
