Taste of Home Town—-Pickled Napa Cabbage mutton

Pickled Napa Cabbage, 3-4 leaves, shredded
Mutton, shredded, marinate w/rice wine,soy sauce,tapioca flour
Oil, 1 Ts
Salt, to taste

Pour oil into a heated pan
Add mutton, stir fry for 30 sec.
Add Pickled Napa Cabbage, stir fry for 1 min.
Add salt, mix well


鹽酸菜, 3-4葉片, 切絲
羊肉, 切絲, 米酒醬油太白粉醃漬
油, 1湯匙
鹽, 隨意

加羊肉, 翻炒約30秒
加鹽酸菜, 翻炒1分鐘
加鹽, 拌勻

Pickled Napa Cabbage

Cut Napa cabbage in half or 3 or 4 parts
Leave in sunny area until it wilt
Sprinkle a pinch of salt, and rub it to juice comes out
撒一小撮鹽, 揉菜至出水
Put in container, and cover it
裝容器, 蓋好
Leave in warm to become sour, then keep in refrigerator
置溫處使變酸, 後冷藏
