Farmer’s simple food—-Salted eggs

Fresh eggs
Container, prefer the same size of the eggs
Salt
Drinking water

Method

1.Pour the drinking water into a large bowl
2.Stir the salt into water till saturated
3.Gently set the eggs in the container
4.Slowly pour the saturated water to cover eggs
5.Lid on and leave it in cool
6.Take 4 weeks to be salted

Farmer’s simple food—-Beef w/green fig

Beef loin tri tip steak, 1 strip , sliced
Green figs, stemed and sliced
Mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
Green spinaches, cleaned and set on plate
3 Ts oil
1 Ts soy sauce
1 Ts rice wine
1 ts tapioca starch or corn starch

Method

Marinate the beef slices with soy sauce, rice wine and corn(or tapioca)starch 20 min.
Add 1 Ts oil into the marinated beef and mix well.
Pour 2 Ts oil in the stir-fry pan over high heat.
Stir fry the beef slices for 30-45 sec. or turn pink.
Add mushroom slices, stir fry well with beef.
Add fig slices, stir fry and mix well.
Remove to the spinach plate.

農家食譜—-無花果牛肉

小裡肌牛肉一條, 切片
新鮮無花果, 去桿切片
菇, 洗淨切片
菠菜葉片, 洗淨置盤
油, 三湯匙
醬油, 一湯匙
米酒, 一湯匙
太白粉或玉米粉, 一茶匙

做法
醬油,米酒,太白粉醃牛肉片廿分鐘.
加一湯匙油在醃牛肉, 拌勻.
倒二匙油入炒菜鍋, 熱至高溫.
炒牛肉30-45秒, 或肉色粉紅.
加菇片與牛肉拌炒勻.
加無花果片炒勻.
移置菠菜盤上
