There are many summer squashes growing in the front field of the farm house.
農舍前面地上種了許多夏瓜.-

I picked their green tender leaves & yellow flowers for cooking.
我摘取它們的綠嫩葉與黃花朵做菜.

Farmer’s simple food—-Stir fry summer squash flowers & leaves

Summer squash tender leaves, washed and chopped
Summer squash flowers, cut off the base(bitter), washed and chopped
Oil, 1 Ts
Salt, to taste

Method
Pour oil into frying pan over high heat
Add green leaves, stir fry 30 sec
Add yellow flowers, stir fry 10-15 sec
Mix well, and add salt

夏瓜嫩葉, 清洗並切碎
夏瓜花, 切去基部(苦), 清洗並切碎
油, 1湯匙
鹽, 隨意

做法
油入熱鍋
炒綠葉30秒
炒黃花10-15秒
加鹽
